Job #1 Administrative Assistant
The Administrative Assistant supports and administers specific functions within the Human Resources department. This position may also assist the company President, other executives, and various department managers upon request. This position operates in a support staff manner to assist the Human Resources department.
The Administrative Assistant interacts with all team members. Effective professional communication is essential along with maintaining company safety, quality, and 5S standards.
Job Duties:

Primary responsibility – maintain coverage of main visitor entrance

Assist visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
-
Manage incoming calls and direct to the appropriate employee(s)
-
Prepare new hire packets and assist with onboarding process
-
Process new hire paperwork and terminated employees with itemized checklists
-
Manage automated attendance tracking system and issue disciplinary notifications
-
Submit and process enrollments/changes regarding benefits
-
Responsible for maintaining USCIS Form I-9 and related document files
-
Assist HR in managing the company uniform program
-
Prepare outgoing mail and distribute incoming mail accordingly
-
Point of contact for food vending service
-
Order office supplies and maintain supply inventory
-
Organize company picnic/events
-
Make hotel, seminar, and rental car reservations for company employees and guests
-
Maintain and recommend changes to the Communication Boards (monitors) and Facebook
-
Spearhead local charitable contributions and donations
-
Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:

High school diploma or High School Equivalency (HSE) required
-
Business degree, administrative, and benefits experience preferred
-
Must possess professional written and verbal communication skills
-
Must have a basic understanding and ability to work in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook
Job #2 Maintenance Technician
Position Summary:
The Maintenance Technician installs, maintains, and repairs, mechanical equipment, and electrical systems within the company’s manufacturing facilities. Maintenance Technicians serve a vital role within the company. The work completed by the Maintenance Technician impacts the entire company, as certain equipment is essential to the production of aluminum alloys.
Maintenance Technicians interact with all team members. Effective professional communication is essential along with maintaining company safety, quality, and 5S standards.
Job Duties:

Install and repair electrical components, transformers, wiring, and switches associated with the process equipment and facilities.

Welding and fabrication for repairs and process tools used in the smelting process.
-
Set up and operate shop tools and machinery such as ironworker, grinder, drill press, and pipe threader to repair or fabricate parts, jigs, fixtures, and tools.
-
Troubleshoot defective machines and equipment and install new or repaired parts.
-
Preventative and predictive maintenance of associated equipment and machinery.
-
Visually inspect and test machinery and equipment.
Job Requirements:
-
Minimum 5 years experience in industrial maintenance is preferred or an equivalent of education and experience totaling 5 years experience.
-
Minimum 2 years of welding and fabrication experience preferred.
-
Experience in industrial electricity, relay logic, troubleshooting, basic PLC, and variable frequency drive knowledge is preferred.
-
Experience in hydraulics, pneumatics, and HVAC is helpful.
-
Ability to interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
-
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Job #3 Delivery Driver (CDL)
Position Summary:
The Delivery Driver is responsible for delivery of product to a customer located in the same industrial park. The deliveries are scheduled every 40 minutes. Drivers are expected to provide documentation to customer for each load.
Delivery Drivers interact with all team members and customers. Effective professional communication is essential along with maintaining company safety, quality, and 5S standards.
Job Duties:

Ensure the effective deliveries of aluminum alloy to customer location.

Provide documentation and product sample analysis results with each shipment.

Adhere to daily aluminum alloy delivery schedule
-
Make all pre-operation/pre-trip inspections required by DOT regulations regarding the company truck and all associated recordkeeping.

Assist coworkers with load preparation.
-
Maintains a neat, clean, and organized work area.
Job Requirements:

Must possess a valid state-issued Commercial Driver’s License (CDL Class A or B)
-
Delivery drivers are required to make multiple entries and exits from the vehicle over the course of their shift.
-
Ability to communicate effectively with customers and fellow team members.
-
No previous experience required.
