As a smelter, we recycle aluminum scrap and turnings by melting them in one of three reverberatory furnaces to produce various aluminum alloys. Our final product, a 5 kg (11 lb) ingot or ladles of molten aluminum, is then sold to companies who use it to produce wheels, master cylinders, transmissions, garden tools, and many other aluminum products.
Nikkei MC Aluminum America, Inc. (NMAA) is a secondary aluminum manufacturer who supplies aluminum alloys to the die-casting and gravity-casting industries.
Our Raw Materials
We purchase many grades of aluminum scrap and other materials for recycling. For instance scraps like turnings, cast, clips, aluminum and chrome wheels, sheet, sows, and extrusions.
Our Process
Taking the greatest of pride in our product whether it is in the process of sorting, treatment, inspection, or shipping. We ensure that our product will excel beyond our customer’s expectations.
Our Products
NMAA is the only secondary aluminum company in the United States who offers a 5 kg ingot size and who sells Rheinfelden advanced casting alloys.
WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT
Our main product is a 5 kg aluminum alloy ingot. The ingot is fabricated into a wide range of parts used primarily in the automotive industry. Each customer has different needs/wants and because of this, NMAA creates different specifications based upon the customer’s requests.
