High Thermal Conductivity

Nikkei MC Aluminum America supplies high thermal conductivity aluminum alloys for cast components that need to transfer heat efficiently and perform reliably in demanding applications. These alloys are well suited for new energy vehicle parts, electronics, heat sinks, and lighting, where thermal performance and castability both matter.

Our high thermal conductivity offering includes Al-Si alloy series materials, with DX18 featured in an LED headlight application. We also offer high electrical conductivity alloys for motor parts, electronics, heat sinks, and lighting when both electrical and thermal performance are important.

Those materials are associated with Al-Fe and Al-Ni alloy series, giving customers options based on the needs of the part and the production process. Whether the priority is heat management, conductivity, or castability, we work to provide alloy solutions that fit real manufacturing requirements.

Key characteristics: High thermal conductivity, good castability; high electrical conductivity in select alloy programs.
Common applications: New energy vehicle parts, electronics, heat sinks, lighting, motor parts.
Alloy series: Al-Si, Al-Fe, Al-Ni.
